Abstract: A medical image processing apparatus according to an embodiment is a medical image processing apparatus that generates image data to be used in a trained model trained with image data acquired by a second apparatus, from image data acquired by a first apparatus and that includes a first obtaining unit and a first generating unit. The first obtaining unit is configured to obtain first patient image data obtained by the first apparatus by imaging a patient. The first generating unit is configured to generate, by using a first generative model and from the first patient image data, intermediate image data in which a characteristic of first image data acquired by the first apparatus has been deleted and is configured to generate, by using a second generative model and from the intermediate image data, second patient image data having a characteristic of second image data acquired by the second apparatus.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires a plurality of ultrasonic images relating to a subject, the plurality of ultrasonic images being obtained by varying an incident direction of an ultrasonic beam. The processing circuitry detects, based on the plurality of ultrasonic images, anisotropies at positions in an ultrasonic image with respect to the ultrasonic beam. The processing circuitry classifies tissues of the subject into regions, based on brightness values of the ultrasonic image and the anisotropies.

Abstract: A medical image diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to obtain volume data acquired by imaging a subject by using a first image taking apparatus. The processing circuitry is configured to set one or more insertion paths to be used when a device is inserted into the subject, on a basis of the volume data. The processing circuitry is configured to obtain an imaged range that is related to the subject and is to be used by a second image taking apparatus when the device is inserted into the subject. The processing circuitry is configured to evaluate the one or more insertion paths by comparing the set insertion paths with the imaged range. The processing circuitry is configured to present a result of the evaluation.

Abstract: A medical information processing apparatus comprises processing circuitry. The processing circuitry calculates a functional rate quantitively indicating a degree as to whether or not a body site related to a symptom of a target patient is properly functioning. The processing circuitry calculates a current state of the target patient as a first state. The processing circuitry estimates, with reference to time-series second medical information having a tendency similar to the first medical information and being related to a similar patient, a likelihood that the state of the target patient may be exacerbated at a future time as a second state, on a basis of a functional rate of the similar patient calculated from a selected part of the second medical information corresponding to time since the similarity to the first medical information was recognized. The processing circuitry causes the first state and the second state to be displayed.
