Abstract: A shopping memo which is easy to dairy use can be prepared in a simple manner. A smart phone is provided with a shopping-memo preparing unit and an indication processing unit. The shopping-memo preparing unit registers commodity information on an electronic receipt to a shopping list in response to user's operation to prepare shopping-memo data.
