The display region of the display substrate includes an opening, and a first display region and a second display region located at opposite sides of the opening, and the peripheral region includes an opening peripheral region at least partially located in the opening. The display substrate further includes a first wire and a second wire arranged on a same layer; the first wire and the second wire pass through the first display region, the opening peripheral region and the second display region, sequentially; in the opening peripheral region, the first wire includes a first bent portion, the second wire includes a second bent portion, and the first bent portion and the second bent portion are arranged side by side along the first direction.
