摘要： A display substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes sub-pixels, an insulating layer and a shielding portion. Each sub-pixel includes a light-emitting functional layer. The insulating layer includes grooves. The groove and the shielding portion are located between adjacent sub-pixels. The shielding portion protrudes into an opening of the groove to form a protrusion; or, a slope angle between a side surface of the shielding portion and a plane parallel to the surface of the insulating layer away from the base substrate is a first slope angle, a slope angle between a side surface of the groove and the plane is a second slope angle, and at least one of the first slope angle and the second slope angle is greater than 60 degrees. At least one film layer in the light-emitting functional layer is disconnected at the groove.

摘要： A flow guide apparatus includes a columnar flow guide portion, a plurality of connection portions and a loop portion. The columnar flow guide portion includes a first surface and a second surface that are perpendicular to a thickness direction thereof, and a blind hole formed in the second surface. A center line of the columnar flow guide portion is parallel to the thickness direction thereof. The plurality of connection portions are arranged at intervals and are at least connected with an edge of the second surface of the columnar flow guide portion. The loop portion is connected with the plurality of connection portions, and is farther away from the columnar flow guide portion than the plurality of connection portions.

摘要： A curing apparatus and a curing method are provided. The curing apparatus comprises: a chamber, configured for accommodating a substrate provided with a polyimide adhesive; an air extracting unit, configured for evacuating the chamber; and a heating unit, configured for performing a first heating on the substrate in the case that a first predetermined pressure is reached in the chamber during a evacuating process of the air extracting unit so as to remove organic gases from the polyimide adhesive, and performing a second heating on the substrate after the first heating so as to cure the polyimide adhesive.
