Abstract: The wheel outer rim groove polishing device includes three major systems, which are a wheel rotation system which is used for positioning, clamping and rotating of a wheel, thereby polishing all grooves in the circumferential direction of the wheel, a left polishing system for reciprocally polishing groove tool grains in the longitudinal direction, and a right polishing system for reciprocally polishing groove tool grains in the transverse direction; and three systems cooperate with each other and are combined orderly to jointly complete the polishing of tool grains on the wheel outer rim grooves. The present disclosure can meet the requirements for polishing the tool grains on the wheel outer rim grooves. Compared with artificial polishing, the device improves the polishing effect, improves the work efficiency, and reduces the risk of rim deformation. The device has the characteristics of high efficiency, practicality, easy manufacture, flexible operation and the like.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for removing tool joint edge burrs from a cap opening of a wheel. The cap opening of the wheel is an opening configured to mount a decorative cap of the wheel. The tool joint edge burrs are formed inside the cap opening of the wheel during machining the wheel and are a circular edge inside the cap opening. The device includes a cutter system which is configured to remove the tool joint edge burrs from the cap opening of the wheel by a first cutting edge and a second cutting edge of the cutter system.

Abstract: A device for removing circumferential burrs of a wheel with high precision includes an electric cylinder, a lifting table, guide rails, an electric cylinder, a sliding block, a plurality of sensors, a rim burr cutter, a riser burr cutter, and the like. The device can simultaneously remove circumferential burrs from the flange edge, the outer rim and the riser slot edge, which eliminates the error caused by coaxial degree deviation, so that the rotating center of the cutters coincides with the circumferential center of the burrs.
