    Abstract: The present invention discloses an online burr removing device for a wheel. The device comprises a brush moving system, online transfer parts, clamp units, a lifting plate rotating part. When the device is used, one motor can simultaneously drive an inner brush, an outer brush and a plurality of round brushes to rotate, and the rotating speeds of the three kinds of brushes can be appropriate by setting an appropriate drive ratio; the device can avoid the problem that the linear speed is low in the center but high at the outer edge when an integrated brush rotates at the same angular speed; meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of high automation degree, advanced process, simple structure and high safety and stability.

    Abstract: A fixture for suppressing tool vibration on an outer rim, wherein a pressure claw base, an end face block and a base are installed on the chuck, and the pressure claw is installed on the chuck; a lower pressure plate is fixed on the base, limiting columns and an upper pressure plate are installed on the lower pressure plate, with steel balls and a rubber strip being enclosed in a space formed by the lower pressure plate and the upper pressure plate; and a rubber strip is enclosed in an annular groove formed by a jaw A and a jaw B, and can move radially in the groove. The fixture in the present invention is configured to counteract the vibration of the wheel rim during machining, and thus can effectively eliminate the problem of tool vibration on the outer rim.

    Abstract: A milling fixture for forged wheel includes a connecting plate installed on a milling machine table, a linear bearing installed on the connecting plate, a small diameter end of a positioning rod penetrates through a spring and a linear bearing, and a limiting screw installed on a side wall of the linear bearing and connected with the positioning rod. Under the coaction of the spring and an external force, the positioning rod is configured to move in the linear bearing. Bidirectional threaded rods are uniformly installed on a bottom plate, one end of each of the bidirectional threaded rods penetrate through pressure claws, the pressure claws are sandwiched between compression nuts and the connecting plate. The fixture can meet the requirement for milling a forged wheel, and at the same time, has the characteristics of a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture, provides stable performance and is low cost.

    Abstract: The present application provides a device for detecting wheel hop, comprising a synchronous clamping and centering mechanism, a synchronous rotating mechanism and a hop detecting mechanism. According to the structure and size of a wheel to be detected, a first servo motor and a second servo motor control the detection wheel in the hop detector to move within a specific plane, the detection wheel is in contact with a bead seat of the wheel, and the synchronous rotating mechanism drives the wheel to rotate; and the detection wheel is driven to rotate by the friction between the detection wheel and a bead seat of the wheel, and the hop detector detects the hop amount of the bead seat of the wheel when the wheel rotates and transmits the data to a computer processing system.
