    Abstract: A low-pressure mold for improving performance of spokes of an aluminum wheel. The mold is characterized in that cooling air holes in a bottom mold are moved for 10 mm in outwards; heat-insulation grooves are formed in positions, 5 mm from the cooling air holes, of a back cavity of the bottom mold, and are 8 mm from the surface of a cavity; and the width of each heat-insulation groove is set to 8 mm. A circumference arrangement range of the heat-insulation grooves needs to be larger than the widths of the spokes, and the number of the heat-insulation grooves is defined by the number of the spokes. Heat-preservation asbestos is arranged in each heat-insulation groove, thereby further strengthening heat-insulation and heat preservation functions. One air hole is added based on the prior art, thereby increasing the cooling area and improving the cooling intensity.

    Abstract: A low-pressure mold for improving performance of spokes of an aluminum wheel.     Abstract: Disclosed is a wheel outer rim fillet dressing device, including a rough wheel positioning system, a precision wheel positioning system, a wheel rotating system and a cutter dressing system. After a wheel is roughly positioned, an electric cylinder drives a moving plate to descend to an appropriate position, an adjusting cylinder drives a right sliding table to move right, a left sliding table moves synchronously with right sliding table under the action of a second gear rack, thus the distance between a precision positioning post on left sliding table and a precision positioning post on right sliding table is adjusted, and precision positioning posts contact vertical surface of cap seam allowance of wheel and hold the wheel tightly. The adjusting cylinder is restarted, and outer rim fillets can be dressed when the distance between two dressing cutters is adjusted to an appropriate position and under the cooperation of rotating wheel.

    Abstract: A central heat-insulation hole structure for an aluminum wheel low-pressure water-cooling casting mold. The structure includes a top mold and a central heat-insulation hole. A split unit structure including a top mold and central flange loose pieces is changed into a non-split integrated top mold. Besides, a circle of uniformly distributed heat-insulation holes are thrilled in a circumferential direction of the position of a mold split unit parting surface of the original top mold and the central flange loose pieces. The diameter of each heat-insulation hole is 8 mm, the size of a wheel flange defines the number of the heat-insulation holes and the diameter of circumference of the heat-insulation holes distributed in the integrated top mold, and in order to ensure the service life and water cooling and heat insulation effects of the mold, the depth of each heat-insulation hole from the surface of a cavity is more than 20 mm.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a sub-frame cleaning and blow-drying device, comprising a rack, a water tank, a bottom lifting assembly, supporting assemblies, a top lifting assembly, a rotating assembly, an expanding and cleaning-off assembly and a blow-drying device. Expanding assemblies expand to be connected with vehicle body mounting holes, compressed air is blown into the vehicle body mounting holes by air outlets and is blown into a cavity of a sub-frame to clean off aluminum scraps and residual sand in the cavity of the sub-frame, the rotating assembly drives the expanding and cleaning-off assembly and the sub-frame to do rotation movement to perform secondary cleaning, so that the aluminum scraps and the sand remaining inside the cavity can be cleaned off, and the sub-frame cleaning and blow-drying device can be flexibly adjusted by a position adjusting assembly according to different types of sub-frames and is strong in universality.
