摘要: A combine harvester has a threshing unit for threshing picked-up crop to obtain grain and a driver assistance system for controlling the threshing unit. The driver assistance system includes a memory for storing data and a computing unit for processing the data stored in the memory. The threshing unit, together with the driver assistance system, forms an automated threshing unit, in that a plurality of selectable harvesting-process strategies is stored in the memory and in that, in order to implement the particular selected harvesting-process strategy, the computing device autonomously determines at least one machine parameter, for example, a threshing-unit parameter, and specifies the parameter to the threshing unit.

摘要: A self-propelling combine and a method for operating a self-propelling combine are disclosed. The combine includes a straw chopper for processing a residual flow formed by plant residues, a cleaning device for cleaning a flow of material formed primarily by grains from residual components contained therein, a chaff spreader, and a power spreader. Using the chaff spreader, the residual components separated from the flow of material by the cleaning device are removed. Further, the residual flow, processed using the straw chopper, is ejected using the power spreader. For improved distribution of unutilized plant residues on the field, the power spreader is assigned to the straw chopper at the bottom such that the residual flow leaving the straw chopper is transferred directly to a material inlet region of the power spreader, and the residual components leaving the chaff spreader are emitted into a transfer region upstream from the power spreader.

The spreading mechanism is disposed downstream of the chopping mechanism, mechanically driven by a drive train and includes at least two rotors. The drive train of the spreading mechanism has a belt drive engageable by a clutch and configured to drive a first transmission stage via an output shaft, at least one second transmission stage drivably connected to the first transmission stage by a shaft and a braking device. The first and second transmission stages each have an output shaft for driving one or each of the rotors.

摘要: A combine harvester for carrying out an agricultural harvesting process has a plurality of working units and a driver assistance system for controlling at least some of the working units. The combine harvester accommodates as working units a chaff cutter for comminuting harvested produce and a produce distributing arrangement in the rear area of the combine harvester downstream of the chaff cutter for distributing harvested produce on the field soil in adjustable throw directions. The respective throw direction comprises vector components of a horizontal throw direction and a vertical throw direction. The driver assistance system is adapted to optimize the control of the produce distributing arrangement by at least one of the substrategies including “throw direction correction” and/or “inclination-dependent produce distribution” and/or “produce distribution in longitudinal direction” and/or “produce distribution in transverse direction” with respect to at least one optimization criterion.

The computing unit processes information generated by the machine's internal sensor systems, external information and information storable in the computing unit. The driver assistance system stores selectable spreading strategies to regulate the spreading of the crop flow exiting the combine harvester and one or more of the partial strategies assigned to the respective spreading strategy. The driver assistance system uses the selectable spreading strategies and the partial strategies in order to regulate the crop flow spread on the ground.
