Abstract: An agricultural vehicle includes: a bale chamber configured to form a bale therein; a pickup having a plurality of tines configured to pickup and convey crop material rearwardly during rotation of the pickup; a rotatable rotor having a plurality of teeth configured to convey crop material rearwardly toward the bale chamber through a feeding mouth during rotation of the rotor; a wrapping system comprising a material roll configured to hold wrapping material fed to the bale; and a bale chamber roller disposed adjacent to the feeding mouth and defining a last roller of the bale chamber relative to the material roll. At least one wrap material knife includes at least one severing edge disposed between the bale chamber roller and the rotor and configured to sever wrapping material pulled forwardly by the rotor during rotation of the rotor.

Abstract: A crop cutting device including a crop guiding surface including parallel slots. A row of knives pivotally mounted below the guiding surface is pivotable between a retracted inoperative position in which it is located below the guiding surface and an extended operative position, wherein the knives project above the guiding surface. An actuating mechanism includes movable operating members. Each operating member is associated with a respective knife and is movable from a first position in which the knife is in its retracted position to a second position in which the knife is in its extended position. Further, there is included a lifting mechanism for raising at least a part of each knife above the guiding surface, while the operating members are in their first position.

Abstract: A bale chamber of an agricultural round baler. The at least one belt and the plurality of rollers are together configured for creating a round circulating chamber. Abstract: A crop cutting device including knives pivotally mounted below a crop guiding surface. Each knife is pivotable between a retracted position in which it is located below the guiding surface and an extended position. At least a cutting edge of the knife projects above the surface. A selector mechanism selectively holds spring loaded parts of operating members to maintain the corresponding knife in its retracted inoperative position while the operating member is moved to its second position. The selector mechanism includes a shaft carrying a plurality of cam elements which are mounted on the shaft and arranged to be moved to a position for blocking a respective spring loaded part upon rotation of the shaft from a non-holding to a holding position.

Abstract: A clutch for an agricultural implement including a rotating unit for connection to a powered shaft, a selectively disengageable unit, a zero-backlash torque limiter operable in an engaged position where a biased plunger is housed in a seat to angularly connect the rotating unit and the selectively disengageable unit for torque transfer until a maximum torque level is reached; and in a disengaged position where the plunger is retracted outside the seat. Further, a safety occlusion mechanism having an obstructing element selectively movable in an obstructing position to hinder the seat from housing the plunger and in a release position to allow shape coupling when the plunger and the seat overlap. The occlusion mechanism is biased to switch in the obstructing position and the release position is instated by an operator.
