摘要： A bale wrapping system that includes a belt that rotates to form and drive rotation of a bale of an agricultural product. The bale is configured to be wrapped with a wrapping layer of a bale wrap while rotating on the belt. A first portion of the wrapping layer overlaps a second portion of the wrapping layer while disposed on the belt. A glue system sprays a layer of glue onto the wrapping layer. The layer of glue enables the first portion of the wrapping layer to couple to the second portion of the wrapping layer.

The boundary apparatus includes a pivoting part rotatable between a first position, a second position and a third position. The axial dimensions of the bale-forming chamber can be changed by at least one side wall that can be moved by an adjustment drive. The adjustment drive is configured such that the axial dimensions of the bale-forming chamber increases when the pivoting part rotates to the second position and then reduces when the pivoting part rotates to the third position.

The method comprises steps of supplying a material to be baled to a baling chamber of a combined baler and bale wrapping apparatus, and forming a bale of the material in the baling chamber, opening a cover of the baling chamber, securing the bale by a securing-mechanism operatively assigned to the baling chamber in the baling chamber, applying a wrapping material supplied from a dispenser to the secured bale, thereby providing one or more securing layers of the wrapping material encircling the bale, and releasing the bale from securing by the securing-mechanism, and wrapping the bale with the wrapping material by supplying further wrapping material from the dispenser to the bale, and expelling the wrapped bale from the baling chamber.
