    Abstract: A prelithiation device may comprise: a bonding structure comprising a first roller, a second roller and a third roller, which may be sequentially disposed adjacent to each other, the first roller and the second roller being used to roll the lithium ribbon, the rolled lithium ribbon adhering to the second roller, and the second roller and the third roller being used to bond the lithium ribbon adhering to the second roller to the substrate, the lithium ribbon comprising two first surfaces opposite each other in a width direction of the lithium ribbon and a second surface facing the second roller; and a coater disposed upstream of the bonding structure in a running direction of the lithium ribbon and configured to simultaneously coat the second surface and at least one of the first surfaces with a release agent.

    Abstract: A feeding apparatus and a substrate processing device are provided. The feeding apparatus includes: a material conveying channel including a feeding inlet and a discharging outlet, where the feeding inlet is closer to a first end of the material conveying channel than the discharging outlet, and the discharging outlet is closer to a second end of the material conveying channel than the feeding inlet, the first end and the second end being two opposite ends of the material conveying channel; and a vibration generator disposed at the material conveying channel and configured to generate mechanical vibration to induce the mechanical vibration of the feeding apparatus, and a material entering the material conveying channel through the feeding inlet is conveyed to the discharging outlet under the action of the mechanical vibration and falls out through the discharging outlet under the action of gravity.

    Abstract: This application discloses a lithiation device for applying a lithium film on an electrode plate. The lithiation device includes: a rolling mechanism including a first roller and a second roller, the two rollers configured to roll the electrode plate and the lithium film to apply the lithium film on the electrode plate; an adjustment mechanism connected to the rolling mechanism and configured to adjust a gap and/or a rolling force between the first roller and the second roller; a first monitoring mechanism configured to monitor a length of the electrode plate after the electrode plate passes through the rolling mechanism; and a controller configured to control the adjustment mechanism based on a comparison result of the length monitored by the first monitoring mechanism and a target length so that the length of the electrode plate after the electrode plate passes through the rolling mechanism approximates to the target length.

    Abstract: A device for supplementing an electrode plate with lithium and a method for supplementing an electrode plate with lithium. The device for supplementing an electrode plate with lithium includes a first lithium strip unwinding mechanism, an electrode plate unwinding mechanism, a roller pressing mechanism, a first traction mechanism, an electrode plate winding mechanism, and a first coating mechanism. The first lithium strip unwinding mechanism is configured to dispose a lithium strip, and the electrode plate unwinding mechanism is configured to dispose an electrode plate. The roller pressing mechanism includes a first calendering roller, a first laminating roller, and a second laminating roller. In a traveling direction of the lithium strip, the first coating mechanism precedes the roller pressing mechanism, and the first coating mechanism is configured to apply a coating layer on a surface of the lithium strip.
