    Abstract: A lithium strip that can be used in lithium supplementation equipment is described. The lithium strip has a first surface, and a thinned area is formed at the edge of the first surface along the width direction of the lithium strip to form a space for accommodating a release agent at the thinned area. The thinned area is designed to enable the lithium strip to pick up more release agent when it is applied to a coating device, and the release agent can remain in the above thinned area. The presence of the thinned area in the lithium strip can reduce the lithium load per unit width, so that during the calendering process of the lithium strip, there will be no calendering exceeding the preset width, so that the lithium strip will not stick to the roller after calendering.

    Abstract: Provided are a battery module, a secondary battery and a cap plate assembly. The battery module includes a plurality of secondary batteries arranged in sequence. The secondary battery includes an electrode assembly, a case and a cap plate assembly. The electrode assembly is received in the case and the cap plate assembly is connected to the case. The cap plate assembly includes a cap plate, an explosion-proof sheet and a fixing piece. The cap plate is disposed with a through hole, the explosion-proof sheet is disposed at the cap plate and seals the through hole, and the explosion-proof sheet has a weak region. The fixing piece connects the cap plate and the explosion-proof sheet. The fixing piece has a lower melting point than the cap plate and the explosion-proof sheet.

    Abstract: The present application provides a pole piece forming apparatus, which may include an incoming structure, a slitter, a plurality of winders and a wrinkle remover. The incoming structure may provide a master pole piece. The slitter may slit the master pole piece into a plurality of pole pieces. The electrode assembly includes a positive electrode plate, a separator, and a negative electrode plate, where the negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active substance layer, the negative electrode plate further includes a lithium metal layer, the lithium metal layer is formed by a plurality of regular or irregular strip-shaped lithium-rich regions, and the plurality of lithium-rich regions present a discontinuous pattern of spaced distribution in a length direction of the negative electrode plate.
