Abstract: An ice-making water purifier includes a water tank unit, an instantaneous heating device, an extraction member, an ice-maker, a supply pump, an ice-making water inlet passage, an ice-making water supply valve, a flow rate sensor, and a controller configured to control driving of the supply pump and the opening and closing of the ice-making water supply valve such that purified water corresponding to a predetermined supply amount of ice-making water is supplied to the ice-maker on the basis of a flow rate value measured by the flow rate sensor. The controller controls the opening and closing of the channel such that purified water is preferentially supplied to the instantaneous heating device among the instantaneous heating device and the ice-maker.

Abstract: A hot water supply method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: measuring a temperature of water flowing into an water inlet part; turning on a first heater and a second heater if a target temperature is a standard temperature or higher; adjusting a degree of opening and closing of a flow rate adjusting valve on the basis of a difference between the target temperature and the temperature of water flowing into the water inlet part; measuring a temperature of water discharged to a water outlet part; and readjusting the degree of opening and closing of the flow rate adjusting valve on the basis of a difference between the target temperature and the temperature of water discharged to the water outlet part.

Abstract: Provided is a water purifier comprising: a filter unit which has a reverse osmosis membrane filter; a supply valve; an instantaneous heating device which is provided with an inflow port, and an outflow port, and which heats and purified water entering through the inflow port and flowing to the outflow port, so that hot water is discharged through the outflow port; an extraction member; a supply pump; a domestic water drain line; a hot water drain line; a hot water drain valve; and a control unit which controls the opening/closing of respective flow channels of the hot water drain line and the domestic water drain line so that, among a hot water draining process through the hot water drain line, and a domestic water draining process through the domestic water drain line, the hot water draining process is carried out first.

Abstract: There is provided an instantaneous water heater capable of expelling heated water or steam when internal pressure reaches or exceeds a predetermined pressure, thus preventing an accident, product damage, or the like. The instantaneous water heater includes a main body having an inlet allowing water to be introduced therethrough and an outlet allowing water to be discharged therethrough; a heating unit disposed in the main body and heating water introduced to the main body; and a decompression unit connected to a decompression hole disposed in the main body and expelling heated water or steam to the outside thereof when internal pressure within the main body reaches or exceeds a predetermined pressure.
