Abstract: There is provided an instantaneous water heater capable of expelling heated water or steam when internal pressure reaches or exceeds a predetermined pressure, thus preventing an accident, product damage, or the like. The instantaneous water heater includes a main body having an inlet allowing water to be introduced therethrough and an outlet allowing water to be discharged therethrough; a heating unit disposed in the main body and heating water introduced to the main body; and a decompression unit connected to a decompression hole disposed in the main body and expelling heated water or steam to the outside thereof when internal pressure within the main body reaches or exceeds a predetermined pressure.

Abstract: A direct water purifier includes a first filter for filtering water introduced through a first flow path; a second filter for receiving the water supplied from the first filter through a second flow path and filtering the same; a first valve disposed in the second flow path to control water flow; a pump disposed in the second flow path to supply water having a predetermined hydraulic pressure or higher to the second filter; a third filter for receiving the water supplied from the second filter through a third flow path and filtering the same; a heating part for receiving the water supplied from the third filter and heating the same to a predetermined temperature; and a flushing valve disposed in a flushing flow path through which concentrated water is discharged from the second filter, wherein the flushing valve is opened during operation of the heating part.

Abstract: An electrodeionization filter includes: a housing having a water inlet and a water outlet; a first electrode installed inside the housing in a spiral shape; a second electrode installed inside the housing in a spiral shape so as to be spaced apart from the first electrode; and an ion exchange module installed between the first electrode and the second electrode for adsorbing or desorbing ionic substances contained in water introduced by an application of electricity. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode has a structure in which a center portion thereof is denser than a peripheral region thereof. Accordingly, the lifespan of the electrodes of the electrodeionization filter can be increased, and the assembly of the electrodes and related parts can be easily facilitated.
