Abstract: According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to acquire an X-ray image. The processing circuitry is configured to perform a determination as to whether or not a first trained model, to which the X-ray image is to be input, is adapted to the X-ray image, and if the determination indicates that the first trained model is not adapted to the X-ray image, apply image processing to the X-ray image so that the first trained model serves as an adapted model.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus including processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to cause an X-ray detector to read a signal in a non-destructive readout before termination of X-ray exposure, the signal being accumulated in an X-ray detection element; cause the X-ray detector to read the signal in a destructive readout after termination of X-ray exposure; acquire first projection data generated based on the signal read in the non-destructive readout and acquire second projection data generated based on the signal read in the destructive readout; estimate, based on the second projection data, a saturation region in which saturation is occurring; and replace a signal in the saturation region of the second projection data with a signal in the saturation region of the first projection data.

Abstract: A medical image processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires a plurality of projection data based on an output signal from an X-ray detector that rotates around a subject, performs reconstruction filter processing on the plurality of acquired projection data, the reconstruction filter processing being included in reconstruction regarding the plurality of projection data, generates correction information on a sensitivity difference area formed in the plurality of projection data due to differences in sensitivity of the X-ray detector, on the basis of a processing result of the reconstruction filter processing, performs correction processing on the plurality of projection data on the basis of the correction information, and performs reconstruction processing including the reconstruction filter processing on the plurality of projection data subjected to the correction processing.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a medical image processing apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry specifies, before position alignment between a first X-ray image and a second X-ray image which is acquired with a device inserted, a device area candidate in the second X-ray image as a candidate of an area where the device appears. The processing circuitry performs the position alignment using first processing of removing the specified device area candidate or second processing of reducing a contribution of the specified device area candidate.
