Abstract: In one embodiment, a medical image processing apparatus includes: processing circuitry configured to extract 3D blood vessel data of an object from 3D image data of the object, detect a tip position of a medical device moving in a blood vessel in real time from a fluoroscopic image of the object inputted during an operation, and calculate at least one of a recommended route and a recommended direction of the medical device from the 3D blood vessel data, a rough route of the medical device, and the tip position of the medical device; and a terminal device configured to display a 3D blood vessel image of the object generated from the 3D blood vessel data and to designate the rough route of the medical device on the 3D blood vessel image.

Abstract: A medical image processing method, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, and a method of generating a learned model includes receiving first X-ray image data, inputting the first X-ray image data to a trained model, outputting, from the trained model, an X-ray image having an image quality higher than an image quality of the first X-ray image data. The learned model was trained using contrastive learning using second X-ray image data as input data, third X-ray image data and fourth X-ray image data as label data, the third X-ray image data being negative label data having worse image quality than the second X-ray image data, and the fourth image data being positive label data having better image quality than the second X-ray image data.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry sets a plurality of ROIs in a first X-ray image. The processing circuitry calculates a statistical value for each ROI based on a plurality of values of pixels included in each ROI, thereby obtaining a plurality of statistical values. The processing circuitry acquires a threshold value for each statistical value. The processing circuitry determines a set of X-ray conditions relating to capturing of a second X-ray image subsequent to the first X-ray image based on the statistical value and the threshold value relating to each ROI.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a medical image processing apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires correspondence information, based on 3D medical image data of an object, that corresponds a blood vessel to information on a dominant area of the blood vessel in a region of the object. The processing circuitry acquires a plurality of X-ray images each including the blood vessel that are collected at different time phases on the object. The processing circuitry identifies, based on the plurality of X-ray images, a flow changed vessel in which blood flow has changed between the different time phases. The processing circuitry performs registration between the flow changed vessel and the 3D medical image data. The processing circuitry estimates information on the dominant area corresponding to the flow changed vessel based on registration results and the acquired correspondence information.
