摘要： The present invention provides methods and systems for performing biological reactions with biologically active entities immobilized on a solid support. Particularly, the invention provides a biologically active entity immobilized a support through a spacer linked to a first linker. The spacer gives the biologically active entity a certain level of free movement relatively to the support surface to which it is fixed, thereby allowing the biological reaction to take place.
