摘要： An Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler assembly and an EGR cooler conduit assembly are provided. Heat exchange tubes in EGR cooler assemblies may vibrate and contact the EGR cooler shell, thereby leading to the tube fretting and potentially failing. The current disclosure is directed to the use of damping rods to absorb vibratory impacts and reduce or eliminate tube fretting.
