    Abstract: An exhaust enclosure system may include an inner insulation assembly circumferentially surrounding an outlet pipe of an engine exhaust manifold. The inner insulation assembly may be in direct contact with the exhaust manifold. The exhaust enclosure system may include a cover enclosing the inner insulation assembly. The cover may be physically separated from the inner insulation assembly by a circumferential air gap disposed between the inner insulation assembly and the cover.

    Abstract: An internal combustion engine includes a cylinder case forming a plurality of coolant outlets, and an exhaust log structure disposed on the cylinder case and including inner and outer walls defining a coolant jacket therebetween, a plurality of coolant inlets extending through the outer wall and being fluidly connected to the coolant jacket, and a plurality of transfer housings. Each transfer housing includes an inner housing wall forming a gas passage, an outer housing wall disposed at an offset distance around the inner housing wall such that a cooling passage is defined in a space between the inner and outer housing walls, and a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet in fluid communication with the cooling passage. The plurality of coolant inlets is fluidly connected to the plurality of coolant outlets via the cooling passages in the plurality of transfer housings.

    Abstract: An Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve (EGR) for an engine is provided. The EGR valve includes an actuator having a shaft. The EGR valve includes a cooling block. The cooling block has an inlet configured to receive a coolant flow. A top face of the cooling block has a recess. The recess is configured to house at least a portion of the actuator therein. A through hole is provided on the cooling block and is configured to allow the shaft to pass therethrough. The cooling block includes an internal chamber in fluid communication with the inlet. The internal chamber is configured to provide a path for the coolant flow to circulate through the cooling block. An outlet of the cooling block is configured to discharge the coolant flow. A valve body is fluidly coupled to the cooling block. The valve body may include at least one cooling passage.
