Thereafter, one of the partial images is respectively captured and transmitted from a device with a camera capability to a host. A heat exchanging apparatus in cooperation with a refrigeration system. The apparatus comprises water lines, a thermos tank for storing water, a thermostat, heat collecting tanks in communication with the water lines having a refrigerant line passed therethrough for water to absorb the heat released by refrigerant transferred from the compressor to the condenser of the refrigeration system, a pump, and drive a controller wherein the pump pumps heated water to the thermos tank for storage. The drive controller is electrically connected to the thermos tank for measuring the temperature of the water for determining whether to stop an operation of the pump as compared to a predetermined temperature.

A heat exchanger assembly includes an enclosed path in which cold water flows continuously. The enclosed path includes a heat absorbing section for absorbing heat from the coolant, and a heat dispersing section which is cooperated with a fan and fins so as to send heat from the heat dispersing section. No water is needed added into the heat exchanger assembly and a short distance of path is needed. The heat exchanger assembly can be conveniently carried to desired positions.
