摘要: An auto-breaking machine for breaking a base band from terminals of a connector includes a positioning assembly positioning the connector, a feeding assembly driving the positioning assembly to deliver the connector, and a breaking assembly including a motor, an adjusting part connected with the motor, a drive member fastened to the adjusting part and having a front defined as a drive post with an adjustable offset distance between the axis thereof and that of the motor, a slider slidably mounted to a support holder and defining a window having a height corresponding to the diameter of the drive post, and a breaking part fastened on the slider. The drive post is inserted in the window to drive the slider to slide up and down via the turn thereof and further drive the breaking part to move up and down so as to break off the base band from the terminals.

The supporting unit defines a plurality of mating elements secured thereon for mating with a detected element. The cantilever unit is connected with the detected element by a lead for reading the tension. The connecting unit includes a penal attached on a lateral surface of the supporting unit, a turning plate pivotally installed on a front surface of the panel and rotated around a first axis which is perpendicular to the lateral surface, a first connecting block fastened to a front surface of the turning plate, and a second connecting block of which rear end pivotally connects the first connecting block and turns around a second axis perpendicular to the first axis.

摘要: A clutching jig used to disassemble a lens module which includes a lens socket and a lens component mounted to the lens socket by a plurality of buckling pieces of the lens socket abutting to the lens component has a rectangular base. The base defines two opposite lateral surfaces, a bottom surface and a slot passing through the bottom surface and the two opposite lateral surfaces to divide the base into a first holding portion and a second holding portion. The bottom surface has a receiving recess at a center portion thereof for communicating with the slot. The receiving recess receives the lens component, with a circumferential dimension thereof lessened to clutch the lens component when the first holding portion and the second holding portion are urged to approach each other.

The base has an inserting hole. A bottom of the base has a holding wall for pressing the buckling pieces apart from the lens component. A top of the base has a pair of connecting walls. Two clutching arms are rotatably mounted to the housing. Each of the clutching arms has a fixing plate. An end of a top side of the fixing plate has a holding bar. An end of a bottom side of the fixing plate defines a clutching slice for holding the lens component when the holding bars are urged to approach each other, in disassembly.

摘要: A clutched jig includes a housing and a clutching mechanism. The housing has a hollow hole formed along the axis of the housing, a conical hole formed in the end of the hollow hole. The clutching mechanism is received in the hollow hole of the housing. Each of clutching parts includes a bended part, a conical connecting part formed in the bottom of the bended part, and a crook located in the end of the conical connecting part. While the clutching mechanism is moved into the end of the housing, the conical connecting parts and the crooks extend out of the conical hole. The bended parts withstand the inner wall of the conical hole and are shifted inward. The conical connecting parts and the crooks are shifted inward by the bended parts driven. So a lens component is clutched out from a lens socket by the shifted of the crooks.

摘要: An assembling jig for lens module comprises a crutch, a mobile carrier and a pressing mechanism. The crutch includes a level mounting base and an erect support wall joined to one side of the mounting base. A firm carrier is fixed on the mounting base. The mobile carrier fixed on the firm carrier comprises a carrier base, several positioning blocks disposed around the top surface of the carrier base, the positioning blocks surrounding a restraining groove in which a PCB with a lens socket is received. The pressing mechanism disposed on the support wall includes a pressing member can move up and down and a drive gear connected to one end of the pressing member. This kind of lens module component assembling jig features in assembling lens component steadily and can be applied to different kinds of lens component. Thus it abates the cost of assembling the lens component.
