摘要： A gripping device comprises a first arm, a second arm, and a tip. The second arm opposes at least a portion of the first arm and has a proximal end and a distal end operable to shift toward the first arm. The tip is shiftably coupled to the distal end of the second arm so that the tip is operable to longitudinally shift between a retracted position in which the tip is relatively closer to the proximal end of the second arm and an extended position in which the tip is relatively farther from the proximal end of the second arm. The tip enables a user to engage an object and shift so that the object can be rotated while held by the gripping device.

摘要： A tensioning device and method of use is disclosed, the tensioning device helps tighten a rotationally free screw including a head and an expanding nut, wherein the screw retains an article to a surface through an aperture in the surface. The tensioning device includes an extension and an arcuate element, wherein a user grasps the extension and positions the arcuate element about the screw and underneath the screw head then manually exerting an axial force to tension the screw causing frictional contact of the expanding nut to an opposing hidden surface thereby allowing the screw to be tightened as against the nut and securing the article to the surface.

摘要： A handheld collector device adapted to retrieve small objects, the device having an elongated handle, a head mounted to the handle, a plurality of tine sets retained by the head and an ejection mechanism to eject the objects. Each tine set has a plurality of individual tines projecting outwardly in spaced relation. The tines are relatively rigid members possessing a degree of flexibility such that when the ends of the tines are pressed onto objects to be collected, the tines flex sufficiently to pass over and capture the objects. The device is modular in construction such that the tine sets can be removed and replaced in order to adapt the device to provide optimum results for varying sizes and types of objects.

摘要： A test instrument probe that encompasses the dual alternate action of a point or a clamp-grip within the same probe. This probe has approximately the same dimensions as a conventional probe, and allows either the point or clamp action to be used without the necessity of removing the probe from the hand. This alternate action requires only using a thumb and finger pressure to change from a point to a clamp or the clamp to a point. One embodiment allows a clamp jaw opening of up to a nominal ¼ inch that is usually sufficient to grip onto the leads of an electronic component such as resistor, capacitor or integrated circuit pin. The probes are also designed so that when not in use, the two probes can be connected together by a snap-in action that minimizes the potential loss of a probe and importantly allows the points to become safely enclosed to minimize a sharp point hazard.
