摘要： A card edge connector (100) includes an elongated insulative housing (1), a plurality of contacts (2) and an ejector (3) assembled in the insulative housing (1). The ejector (3) has a base (31) and two gripping portions (34) extending upwardly from the base (31). The gripping portions have an accommodating slot (340) therebetween for receiving a bottom edge of a memory module (200). The accommodating slot (340) has a first accommodating slot (3401) and a second accommodating slot (3402) for receiving a vertical bottom edge (211) and a transverse bottom edge (212) of the memory module (200), respectively. Thereby the memory module (200) could be stably inserted in the card edge connector (100).

摘要： A card edge connector (100) includes an insulative housing (1) and a latch retained at one end of the insulative housing (1). The insulative housing (1) includes a mounting slot (16). The latch (3) has a resilience extending portion (311) retained in the mounting slot (16) upwardly. The mounting slot (16) defines a pressing face (112) latching with the extending portion (311) for preventing the extending portion (311) from moving downwardly, thereby the latch (3) could be stably retained on the housing.

摘要： A card edge connector includes an elongated insulative housing, a plurality of first terminals, a plurality of second terminals retained in the insulative housing. The insulative housing defining a central slot, a first side wall, and a second side wall opposite to the first side wall. The first terminals each defines a first level soldering portion extend out of the first side wall in a width direction of the insulative housing. The second terminals each defines a second level soldering portion merely under the insulative housing to closer to the first soldering portions for occupying less area of a mother board.

摘要： A card edge connector comprises an insulative housing defining a front mating face and a central slot recessed rearwardly from the mating face. A plurality of contacts each has a contact portion exposed into the central for mating with a complementary connector and a solder tail exposed to outside of the housing. A cover is assembled to a rear side of the housing. A spacer sandwiched between the housing and the cover along a front-to-rear direction. The spacer defines a plurality of through holes through which the solder tails of the contacts passing.

摘要： A card edge connector for use with a daughter board, and comprises an insulative elongated housing extending along a longitudinal direction, and defining opposite first and second side walls and a central slot formed therebetween for receiving the daughter board therein, a plurality of contacts each defining a retention portion retained in the housing, a resilient contact portion extending into the central slot from an upper portion of the retention portion for contacting with the daughter board, and a solder tail extending out of the housing form a lower portion of the retention portion. Wherein the contacts include a first row of contacts disposed in the first side wall, and a second row of contacts disposed in the second side wall. The first row of contacts have at least two adjacent grounding contacts electrically connected with each other during the contact portions of the contacts are contacting with the daughter board.

摘要： A card edge connector for use with an electronic card, comprises an elongated housing having a pair of opposed side walls along a lengthwise direction, a central slot between the side walls, a tower portion upwardly extending at one end thereof. The central slot extends into the tower portion along the lengthwise direction to define a trench for receiving a side edge of the electronic card. A latch mechanism is retained in the tower portion, and has a locking projection protruding into the trench to lock with the electronic card.

摘要： A card edge connector for mating with an electronic card includes an elongated housing, a number of contacts and a retainer disposed in the housing. The housing has a center slot extending along a lengthwise direction of the housing and a first tower section at one end thereof. The retainer is rotatably retained in the first tower section and does not extend beyond the first tower along the lengthwise direction, a thickness direction of the housing and a direction opposite to an insertion direction of the electronic card. The retainer has a locker to lock the electronic card and at least a spring sandwiched between the locker and an outer wall of the first tower section to make the locker automatically move in the lengthwise direction in an insertion process of the electronic card.
