An electrical card connector assembly (100) comprising: a first electrical card connector (1); a second electrical card connector (2) disposed below the first electrical card connector; a third electrical card connector (3); a fourth electrical card connector (4) arranged abreast with the third electrical card connector; a PCB (5) defining an upper surface (50) and a lower surface (51), the upper and lower surface having a plurality of traces, respectively; wherein the combined first and second card connector are disposed on the upper surface (50) of the PCB and electrically connected with the corresponding traces of the upper surface, and the third and fourth electrical card connector are arranged abreast on the lower surface of the PCB (5) and electrically connecting with the corresponding traces of the lower surface (51).

An electrical connector (100) includes an insulating housing (30), a plurality of terminals (32) received in the insulating housing, an L-shaped metal shield (10), a base portion (20) and an ejector (40). The metal shield covers the insulating housing for defining a card receiving space. The base portion comprises a guide rail (21) and a cam plate (22) integral with the guide rail. A pair of arms (not labeled) extends upwardly from the cam plate to define a receiving channel (225) and the receiving channel defines a heart-shaped slot (220) at a front end thereof. The ejector is received in the receiving channel of the base portion and comprises a slider piece (41), a pin member (42) and a resilient element (43). The slider piece is being moveable to drive the pin member to move in the heart-shaped slot.

The present invention relates to an electrical card connector comprising: a first connector with a plurality of first contacts; a second connector located at the lateral side of the first connector and with a plurality of second contacts; a PCB located at the bottom of the first connector and the second connector; a shell covering the first connector; a bottom plate mounted at the bottom of the shell; the first connector and the second connector are held on the same side of the PCB, a first receiving room is defined between the shell and the bottom plate, and the second receiving room is defined between the bottom plate and the PCB.
