    摘要: A movable terminal and a coaxial connector have greatly improved durability and have outstanding contact/connection reliability, and are included in a communication apparatus. A coaxial connector includes a two-split synthetic resin case having a lower insulating case and an upper insulating case, a metal fixed terminal, a movable terminal, and an external terminal. The movable terminal having a spring movable function includes a movable contact portion with which the fixed terminal makes contact, a fixed portion fit in the upper and lower insulating cases, and a lead portion bent in an L-shape. The movable contact portion has a frame-shaped portion, a spring movable portion upwardly curved in an arcuate shape, and a contact portion provided at the approximate center of the spring movable portion.

    摘要: An electronic component, a coaxial connector, and a communication device each have a structure wherein flux does not intrude into the components thereof during mounting. The coaxial connector includes a synthetic resin case divided into a lower-side insulative case and an upper-side insulative case, and a fixed terminal, a movable terminal, and an external terminal each being made of metal. The lower-side insulative case has two notches provided therein. One of the notches receives the lead potion of the fixed terminal, and the other of the notches receives the lead potion of the movable terminal. These notches are configured such that clearances are provided to prevent capillary effect from occurring between the lead portions of the respective two terminals and the lower-side insulative case.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide a coaxial connector capable of achieving secure and stable contact and connection, and realizing sufficiently small size and thin shape. A movable terminal has a movable mechanism part formed so as to have a spring movable function and a lead part, linked with the movable mechanism part, applied with the bending process into a U-shape. The movable mechanism part comprises a base part elongating from the lead part to both sides, two spring supporting parts formed at both end parts of the base part, a spring movable part elongating parallel with the base part between the spring supporting parts, and a contacting part formed projecting from the spring movable part. The spring movable part is supported and fixed at both ends by the spring supporting parts so as to form an arc-like shape with the center part bulged upward, and thus the contacting part can contact with the lower surface of the contacting part of the fixed terminal by the force derived from the spring property of the arc-like spring mechanism so that the fixed terminal and the movable terminal are contacted and connected.

The movable terminal is formed by punching a stainless steel plate made of SUS 301 having a spring property so as to have a predetermined shape and bending it. Then, on surfaces of the stainless steel (SUS 301), nickel plating films are formed and on the nickel plating films, gold is further plated so that the movable terminal has an overall thickness in the range of from about 45 &mgr;m to about 62 &mgr;m.

    摘要: A coaxial connector includes an upper insulating case provided with columnar ribs in the four corners thereof. These ribs are provided to position a fixed terminal and a movable terminal. The tops of the ribs are arranged so that the fixed terminal is easily guided. Half-circular concavities are formed on both of the sides of the fixed terminal. The concavities are fitted onto the ribs of the upper insulating case, so that the fixed terminal can be incorporated into the upper insulating case with a high positional accuracy. Thereafter, the ribs are thermally deformed into a dome shape by a welder, so that the fixed terminal is fixed to the upper insulating case.

    摘要: A portable telephone system includes at least one master unit connected to a telephone line, and a plurality of subsidiary units for performing radio communication with the master unit. Each subsidiary unit includes radio section, a calling information memory section, and an originating circuit section. The radio section selectively performs first radio communication with the master unit and second radio communication with a remote subsidiary unit. The calling information memory section prestores a telephone number for the telephone line which is assigned to the remote subsidiary unit in correspondence with the master unit. The originating circuit section calls the remote subsidiary unit by the second radio communication. When connection for the second radio communication cannot be performed with respect to the remote subsidiary unit, the originating circuit section automatically calls the remote subsidiary unit through the telephone line by the first radio communication in accordance with the telephone number of the remote subsidiary unit which is stored in the calling information memory section.
