    摘要: A cart braking device includes a swivel unit, a shaft unit and a braking unit which has a central shaft, an orientation member, a braking member and a base. The central shaft is coupled with the orientation member and has an elastic piece for moving the central shaft upward. A bottom of the orientation member has an orientation gear and a top of the braking member has a fixation gear corresponding to the orientation gear. The braking member is disposed in the base and includes two braking pads. An elastic member is disposed between the base and the braking member, and can move the braking member away from the base. When the braking pads are pressed against the wheel, the cart braking device stops the rotation of the wheel. When the orientation gear is engaged with the fixation gear, the cart braking device prevents the wheel from changing direction.

The first laser mount is set on the body and is capable of mounting a first laser. The mirror is set on the body and arranged on the optical path of the first laser, which is capable of reflecting the first laser beam. The second laser mount is set on the body parallel to the first laser mount and is capable of mounting a second laser. The filter is set on the body and arranged on the optical path of the second laser allowing the second laser beam to pass through while reflecting the first laser beam. The first laser beam is reflected to the filter by the mirror, wherein the first and the second laser beams are overlapped in order to achieve the effect of color mixing.

The pivot plate is allowed to pivot so as to be inserted into a corresponding positioning recess in an inner side of a wheel to stop the rotation of the wheel. Furthermore, while pivoting, the pivot plate will press the lifting block to move downwards, and then the lifting block will push the slide block to move horizontally, and finally the slide block will push the anti-slip block to press against the inner side of the wheel, thus improving the braking effect.

Both of the upper cam and the lower cam are received in a tubular member on a connection plate that is connected to a body of a stroller or a cart.

When applying this invention, an outer end of the linking plate is hitched on the wheel shaft while the spindle is connected with a shaft carrier under a pushcart's deck. Therefore, in the event a wheel is conflicting with a curb for example, the impact of the wheel is imparted to the through hole in the outer end of the linking plate via the shaft, such that the outer end is driven to rotate surrounding the spindle to thereby convert the impact into a rotation force, and meanwhile, the buffer material stuffed inside and outside the smaller rigid ferrule is interacted with the rotating smaller ferrule and deformed to absorb the rotation force to alleviate that impact.
