    摘要: A display panel includes a first substrate, a display layer, a second substrate and a water-proofing frame. The first substrate has a view area and a ring-shaped through trench and includes a first base, a first metal layer, a gate-insulating layer, a second metal layer, a semiconductor layer, a bibulous insulating layer and a pixel-electrode layer. The gate-insulating layer is disposed between the first and the second metal layers. The bibulous insulating layer is disposed on the second metal layer and the gate-insulating layer. The ring-shaped through trench passes through the bibulous insulating layer and the part of the gate-insulating layer exposed by the second metal layer and surrounds the view area. The water-proofing frame is disposed at the ring-shaped through trench, connects the first substrate and the second substrate and encloses a wet-proof space between the first substrate and the second substrate. Besides, another display panel is also provided.

    摘要: A display panel includes a first substrate, a display layer, a second substrate and a water-proofing frame. The first substrate has a view area and a ring-shaped through trench and includes a first base, a first metal layer, a gate-insulating layer, a second metal layer, a semiconductor layer, a bibulous insulating layer and a pixel-electrode layer. The gate-insulating layer is disposed between the first and the second metal layers. The bibulous insulating layer is disposed on the second metal layer and the gate-insulating layer.     摘要: A flat display panel and an active device array substrate and a light-on testing method thereof are provided. The active device array substrate comprises a plurality of first pixel units, a plurality of second pixel units, a first light-on testing circuit, a second light-on testing circuit and a plurality of sets of signal lines. The first light-on testing circuit and the second light-on testing circuit disposed in a peripheral circuit region of the active device array substrate are electrically connected with the first pixel units and the second pixel units disposed in a display region of the active device array substrate respectively. Each two adjacent sets of signal lines disposed in the peripheral circuit region of the active device array substrate are alternatively electrically connected to the first pixel units or the second pixel units respectively. When a testing signal inputted to first/second pixel units through the first/second light-on testing circuit results in any second/first pixel units being lighted-on, there are at least two adjacent sets of signal lines shorted to each other.
