摘要： Provided are systems and methods for production of recombinant proteins in engineered microorganisms. The systems and methods provide high-titer expression of recombinant proteins in large scale production and are particularly useful for expressing heterologous proteins in a microbial host, such as food-based proteins or other protein types such as therapeutic proteins and enzymes. Disclosed are also kits for making the same.
