    摘要: Method for fabricating a three-dimensional object by successive consolidation, layer by layer, of selected regions of a layer of powder, consolidated regions corresponding to successive sections of the three-dimensional object, comprising in order: a—deposit layer of powder onto a support; b—fuse the layer of powder by a first laser energy source so as to obtain a fused layer corresponding to the section of the object and exhibiting a first state of its mechanical properties, c—heat at least a part of the fused layer by a second electron beam energy source to a temperature which follows a controlled variation over time so as to modify the first state of the fused layer and to obtain a consolidated layer with improved mechanical properties, d—repeat the preceding steps until several superposed consolidated layers are formed with improved properties forming the object.

    摘要: A curing bladder (7) for a tire has a shape of revolution about a central axis and a flexible wall made of crosslinked rubber, the external surface of which is intended to come into contact with the internal surface of a green tire during curing, the external surface having a relief structure having a plurality of air evacuation channels. The relief structure has first channels forming air evacuation grooves (100) arranged at a distance of between 2 and 5 mm, and having a depth of between 0.4 and 1 mm, two adjacent grooves defining, between one another, an inter-groove zone (500) having second channels forming air channelling furrows (1000) made so as to communicate with one another and with at least one of the grooves (100), the furrows each having a depth of between 0.01 and 0.4 mm and being situated at a distance of between 0.2 and 1 mm from one another.

    摘要: Machine for the additive manufacture of a three-dimensional object by sintering or melting powder using a beam of energy acting on a layer of powder in a working zone, the said working zone being defined in the upper part of a build sleeve fixedly mounted in a chassis, in which sleeve the said object is manufactured, the said object being supported by a build plate which slides inside the said build sleeve when driven in vertical translation by the head of an actuating cylinder placed along the central axis of the said sleeve. The build plate is positioned inside a transport container which is arranged removably between the said sleeve and the said actuating cylinder, the machine comprises means for moving the transport container (60) vertically into contact with the build sleeve and the container is open at its top and at its bottom so that, when the actuating cylinder is actuated, the head thereof can transfer the said plate between the said transport container and the said build sleeve which forms a build envelope around the said plate.
