Abstract: Systems and methods for sending messages to probable locations of users. A request for location information for a person for an effective time is received. Any travel information relating to the person is received from a plurality of sources. Any expense information related to the person is received. Any current schedule/delay information for scheduled travel services is received. Any possible locations of the person is determined using the travel information. Any probable locations of the person is determined using the any possible locations, expense information, or current schedule/delay information, or any combination thereof. A message is sent to a device utilized by the person if the person is at any probable locations that are of interest.
