Abstract: Systems and methods may perform processing associated with receiving, with a capture module in communication with a processor, data. Processing may be performed associated with converting, with an optical character recognition (OCR) module in communication with the capture module and the processor, the data into machine readable data. Processing may be performed associated with extracting, with a processing module in communication with the OCR module and the processor, relevant data from the machine readable data. Processing may be performed associated with populating, with the processing module, a field in a report with the relevant data.
