摘要： Compounds of the formula I ##STR1## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are identical or different and are each hyrogen or alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, the radicals X are identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, trifluoromethyl, nitro, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy, unsubstituted or substituted phenyl or hydrogen, m is from zero to 5, n is an integer from 2 to 6 and Y is --CO-- or --CH(OH)--, their intermediates of the formula (II) ##STR2## and the use of the compounds (I) as plant growth regulators.

摘要： An agent for defoliating plants, which contains a 1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylurea of the formula I ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is hydrogen or methyl, andR.sup.2 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 -cycloalkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 -alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -alknyl or phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or 2 chlorine or fluorine atoms, methyl groups, trifluoromethyl groups or methoxy groups, a process for the preparation of the agent, and its use in a method for defoliating plants.

摘要： An aqueous emulsion containing a hydrophobicizing composition, the composition containing: (a) a zirconium salt; and (b) a fatty compound selected from the group consisting of (i) branched or unbranched, symmetrical or nonsymmetrical dialkyl ethers having from about 8 to 44 carbon atoms, (ii) ester of branched or unbranched fatty acids having from about 12 to 22 carbon atoms with branched or unbranched fatty alcohols having from about 8 to 22 carbon atoms, (iii) branched or unbranched, symmetrical or nonsymmetrical dialkyl ketones having from about 8 to 44 carbon atoms, and mixtures thereof, and wherein the aqueous emulsion has an average particle size of from about 100 to 200 nm.
