摘要： The present invention is directed to shield apparatuses configured to hold syringe assemblies in a manner that preserves their ease of use and convenience. In some embodiments, the syringe assemblies are detachable, and the shield apparatuses provide for convenient interchanging of the needle assemblies, as well as methods for administering injections to a patient.

摘要： The present invention is directed to syringe assemblies comprising detachable needle assemblies, that are configured in such a manner as to minimize the dead space after deployment of the syringe piston and injection of the material in the syringe into a patient's body, as well as with bevel indicators that provide guidance as to optimal angles at which to inject the needles into patients.

摘要： The present invention is directed to kits comprising syringe assemblies having detachable needle assemblies, as well as shield apparatuses to protect the needle assemblies. The syringe assemblies are configured to minimize the dead space after deployment of the syringe and injection of the material in the syringe into a patient's body, as well as to include detachable needle assemblies, such that different needle assemblies can be interchanged on a single syringe barrel.
