摘要： There are provided a video processing apparatus and a video processing method. The video processing apparatus includes: a video processing part which performs video processing to display a video on a display module which includes a plurality of light emitting devices corresponding to basic colors; and a controller which adjusts the luminous intensity of the light emitting devices on the basis of luminance change between an arbitrary pixel and a pixel adjacent to the arbitrary pixel so that a difference between light-remaining times of the light emitting devices is not larger than a predetermined value.
