摘要: A keyswitch structure includes a base, a keycap, a lift mechanism and a light-emitting part. The lift mechanism includes a first support, a second support, and a spring structure. The first support and the second support are connected to and between the base and the keycap, so that the keycap can move relative to the base in a vertical direction. The spring structure is a single structural part and is connected to the first support and the second support and drives the first support and the second support to lift the keycap in the vertical direction. The lift mechanism as a whole defines a central space that extends through the whole lift mechanism in the vertical direction. The spring structure does not enter the central space. The light-emitting part is disposed on the base corresponding to the central zone, and emits light to illuminate the keycap.

The keycap support mechanism includes a base and two supports. The base has two sliding slots. Each sliding slot has an opening in a horizontal direction and an obstruction block at the opening. The horizontal direction is perpendicular to the vertical direction. Each support has a sliding portion and a linkage portion. The sliding portions slide parallel to the horizontal direction in the sliding slots correspondingly. The obstruction block prevents the corresponding sliding portion from disengaging from the corresponding sliding slot. The two linkage portions push against each other in line contact, so that the two supports are mutually driven through the two linkage portions.

摘要: A keyswitch includes a board, a cap, and a support device. The board has first and second bending members and a main body extending along X and Y axes perpendicular to each other. An included angle between a first abutting surface of the first bending member and the X-axis and an included angle between a second abutting surface of the second bending member and the X-axis are greater than 0°. The support device includes first and second support members having first and second hook structures respectively. When the cap is pressed, the first and second hook structures slide on the first and second abutting surfaces respectively to deform the first and second hook structures. When the cap is released, the deformed first and second hook structures drive the first and second support members to slide relatively for making the cap return to a non-pressed position.

摘要: A keyswitch includes a board, a cap, and a support device. The support device is disposed between the board and the cap and includes first and second support members movably connected to the cap and the board. A stopping member is formed on one of the first support member and the cap. An elastic member is formed on the other one of the first support member and the cap. When the cap is not pressed, the stopping member abuts against the elastic member to keep the cap at a non-pressed position. When the cap is pressed to a pressed position, the cap and the first support member slide relatively to make the stopping member deform the elastic member. When the cap is released, the elastic member drives the cap and the first support member to slide relatively, so as to move the cap back to the non-pressed position.

摘要: The keyswitch structure uses two linkages form as V-shaped to support a keycap when the keycap is moved up and down. A first linkage and a second linkage are coupled with each other and also coupled with a support on a base respectively in a line contacting way, thereby forming a first axis, a second axis, and a third axis. The third axis is located between the first axis and the second axis. As the keycap is pressed to move downward, the keycap brings the two linkages and the support of the base to have relative rotation movement. Due to the geometric feature between the three axes, part of the linkages between the axes or the support of the base may be caused to slightly deform to provide a resilient restoring force that can move the keycap upward to a position not being pressed.

In the process of pressing the keycap, the intermediate support is separated from the lift mechanism or the keycap, so that the contact force of the switch can be maintained constant.

摘要: A keyswitch structure includes a casing, a first support, a second support, and a pressing stem. The casing forms an accommodating space and an opening communicating with the accommodating space. The first and second supports are disposed in the accommodating space and are directly and rotatably connected with the casing; the supports are also pivotally connected with each other. The pressing stem extends into the accommodating space to be rotatably connected with the first and second supports and protrudes from the casing through the opening. The pressing stem is movable parallel to a vertical direction relative to the casing through the first and second supports. A motion of the pressing stem in the vertical direction has a top dead center and a bottom dead center. When the pressing stem is at the top dead center and the bottom dead center, it does not touch the casing in the vertical direction.
