Abstract: A standardized connection interface between aircraft equipment and a wireless data transmission network external to the aircraft includes a router. The router includes a mapping table between a plurality of connectivity link classes and one or more connectivity links associated with each connectivity link class. The router is configured to transmit the list of active connectivity link classes to each item of equipment, to establish a transmission of data between the piece of equipment and at least one wireless data transmission network (14A to 14E) through an active connectivity link, based on the list of active connectivity link classes and a list of connectivity link classes to which the piece of equipment is authorized to connect.

Abstract: A method for exchanging data between a storage system on the ground-based and an onboard storage system of an aircraft is provided. The method includes a first step for synchronization of a set of data contained in the ground-based storage system with a corresponding set of data of a storage memory of a data exchange device, through a communications network, a step for coupling the data exchange device to a local internal network of the aircraft connected to the storage system, and then a second step for synchronization of the set of data of the storage memory with a corresponding set of data of the onboard storage system, through the local internal network.

Abstract: The system according to the invention comprises a mobile electronic device, at least one local base, arranged near a predefined location in the cabin, an assembly for pairing the mobile electronic device with the local base, and at least one piece of functional equipment for managing the cabin environment. The memory of the mobile electronic device stores at least one software application for controlling the functional equipment. The pairing system is capable of sending the mobile electronic device at least one location identification data of the local base during pairing between the mobile electronic device and the local base, the mobile electronic device being able to configure the control software application, based on the location identification data.
