Abstract: A method of monitoring a power saving signal, a method of configuring a power saving signal, a terminal, and a network-side device are provided. The method includes: receiving configuration information of a power saving signal, the configuration information being at least used to indicate a resource location of the power saving signal; monitoring the power saving signal at the resource location indicated by the configuration information.
