    Abstract: Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a resource allocation method, a device, and a medium. The method comprises: a terminal device determines N NPRACH transmission resources corresponding to a sending period of an ephemeris-bearing SIB bearing according to said sending period as well as configuration information for an NPRACH transmission resource indicated in an SIB2, where N is a natural number greater than zero; the terminal device randomly selects one NPRACH transmission resource from among the N NPRACH transmission resources; and the terminal device performs random access on a network device by means of the selected NPRACH transmission resource. By means of the present method, a terminal can randomly select one transmission resource to perform random access from among a plurality of available transmission resources, causing randomly delayed sending when the terminal performs random access, allowing for dispersion among different transmission resources, the probability of a collision is lowered, and the problem of random access failure caused by a transmission resource sending collision due to terminals initiating random access on a same transmission resource is effectively prevented.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a network access method and apparatus for a terminal, an electronic device and a storage medium. Said method comprises: a terminal determining a beam sweeping interval and a sweeping frequency point, and receiving a base station signal sent or forwarded by a satellite; determining the downlink signal quality of the base station according to the base station signal; and if it is determined, according to the downlink signal quality, that the terminal can successfully find a satellite, executing a network access process of the terminal. In the embodiments of the present application, the downlink signal quality of a base station is determined by means of a base station signal sent or forwarded by a satellite; and it is further determined, according to the downlink signal quality, whether a terminal can successfully find a satellite, without depending on ephemeris information, so that the terminal can accurately and quickly find a satellite for successful access and communication while insuring UE serviceability and prolonging life cycle of the terminal.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of satellite communications, and in particular to a method for handover of a satellite base station, a terminal, the satellite base station, and a storage medium, for use in solving the problem that the current method for handover of the satellite base station is not accurate. In embodiments of the present invention, a terminal determines a pitch angle when accessing the satellite base station; and if the pitch angle is determined within a preset range, the terminal performs inter-satellite handover. Because in the embodiments of the present invention, the terminal can determine, according to the pitch angle and the preset range, whether to perform handover of accessing the satellite base station without additionally calculating other reference information, implementation of a system is simple, and a timing when the terminal needs to perform handover of the satellite base station can be accurately determined according to the preset range, so as to achieve quick and accurate handover of the satellite base station and improve determination efficiency of handover of the satellite base station.
