Abstract: A sporting apparatus comprises a structure body, an endless belt, an electricity generating unit, a position sensing unit and a modulation unit for continuously outputting electricity as the sporting apparatus is continuously operated. The electricity generating unit transforms kinetic energy, which is transmitted from the endless belt, into electric power. The position sensing unit senses a position of a user on the endless belt so as to generate a sensing signal. The modulation unit includes a DC/AC inverter, a current sensing element, an inductor and a semiconductor switch with a controller. The current sensing element senses an armature current outputted from the electricity generating unit and outputs a signal to the controller. The controller controls the duty ratio of the semiconductor switch to control the armature current, so that the armature current is adjusted according to the sensing signal for controlling the rotation speed of the endless belt.

Abstract: A light emitting element driving device includes a first energy storage element, a power source, and a converter circuit. The power source is electrically connected to the first energy storage element via the light emitting element in order to provide current to the light emitting element and to charge the first energy storage element. The converter circuit is electrically connected to the power source and the first energy storage element, and includes an inductance. When the converter circuit is in the first operational status, the first energy storage element charges the inductance. When the converter circuit is in the second operational status, the inductance is fed back to the power source.

Abstract: A battery cell balance circuit includes an AC/DC converter, a plurality of battery cells, a plurality of switches, an isolated DC/DC converter, a circuit switch, and a control unit. The AC/DC converter receives an AC power. The battery cells are connected in series to form a battery link. Each switch is correspondingly connected to one battery cell. The isolated DC/DC converter is coupled to the switches and coupled to the battery link in series. The circuit switch is coupled between the AC/DC converter, the isolated DC/DC converter, and the plurality of switches. The control unit provides a plurality of control signals to correspondingly control the plurality of switches and the circuit switch.
