摘要: The invention relates to a resonator of a wireless power transfer system (1), including a magnetic core in the form of an H-core with two yokes and at least one limb (52) connecting the yokes where a winding (53) is wound on the limb (52) of the core. The winding (53) includes a PCB (56.1) on one side of the limb (52) and a PCB (56.2) on another side of the limb (52) where the turns of the coil are formed by traces on the first PCB (56.1) and on the second PCB (56.2) that are connected to each other by soldering pins (57) that are soldered into corresponding holes of the PCBs (56.1, 56.2). The traces on the PCBs (56.1, 56.2) may be provided on a single conductive layer of the PCBs (56.1, 56.2) or the PCBs may be multilayer PBS, where each turn section between two soldering pins (57) on one of the PCBs (56.1, 56.2) may include several strands including one or more traces on one or more conductive layers.

摘要: An integrated magnetic component comprises a common mode inductance and a differential mode inductance. The common mode inductance is formed by a common mode core surrounding a winding window and at least two windings wound around the common mode core and through the winding window. The differential mode inductance is formed by the at least two windings and a differential mode core being spaced from the common mode core by a gap. The differential mode core comprises at least one surface being adjacent to each of the at least two windings. Further, a filter for attenuating electromagnetic interference comprises an integrated magnetic component according to the invention. Even further, the integrated magnetic component according to the invention is used for attenuating electromagnetic interference, preferably in a vehicle, a data center, or a telecommunication unit. A method for manufacturing an integrated magnetic component according to the invention comprises two steps. One step comprises providing a common mode inductance formed by a common mode core surrounding a winding window, and at least two windings wound around the core and through the winding window. Another step comprises providing a differential mode core and spacing it from the common mode core by a gap, such that at least one surface of the differential mode core is adjacent to each of the least two windings.
