Abstract: A gear reducer has a helical gear, an eccentric shaft that is joined to the helical gear and has a first supporting portion that is offset in a rotation radial direction with respect to a rotation shaft of the helical gear, and a slider plate that is disposed at a radial direction outer side of the eccentric shaft. Further, the gear reducer has a transmitting gear that is supported at a first supporting portion, and whose rotation around its own axis is restricted due to the transmitting gear being engaged with the slider plate, and that revolves due to the helical gear rotating together with the eccentric shaft, and has an output gear body that rotates due to the transmitting gear revolving. The transmitting gear has a pair of restricting projections that project-out toward the slider plate side, and the slider plate is disposed between the pair of restricting projections.

Abstract: A speed reducer-equipped motor includes a motor, first gear, eccentric shaft, and stopper protrusions. The speed reducer-equipped motor also includes a transmission gear, an output member, a rotation stopper, and an interference avoider. The transmission gear revolves around an axis of the first gear following rotation of the first gear along with the eccentric shaft. The output member rotates following the revolution of the transmission gear. The rotation stopper works to stop the transmission gear from rotating the center thereof in response to sliding motion of the stopper protrusions on the rotation stopper. The interference avoider is arranged between the rotation stopper and the transmission gear and works to avoid physical or mechanical interference of corners of the rotation stopper which are located close to the stopper protrusions with base end portions of the stopper protrusions.

Abstract: A speed reducer-equipped motor includes a motor, a helical gear, an eccentric shaft, a stationary gear with a second stopper, a transmission gear, an output gear unit, and a lock gear with a first stopper. The first stopper mechanically contacts with the second stopper, thereby stopping the lock gear from revolving and rotating to stop the rotation of the output gear unit. A physical load which is generated by the contact of the first stopper with the second stopper and acts on that contact and a physical load which is generated by the contact of the first stopper and the second stopper and acts on meshed portions of teeth of the first stopper and the second stopper are oriented in opposite directions.

Abstract: A speed reducer includes a helical gear, an eccentric shaft and a slider plate. The speed reducer also includes a transmission gear and an output gear body. The transmission gear is supported at a first support part, transmission gear spinning is restricted by engagement with the slider plate, and the transmission gear revolves by the helical gear rotating with the eccentric shaft. The output gear body rotates by the transmission gear revolving. The transmission gear includes a pair of restricting protrusions protruding toward the slider plate side. The restricting protrusions have engaging surfaces that touch the slider plate wherein the engaging surfaces oppose the slider plate in a radial direction of the transmission gear. Surfaces at opposite sides of the restricting protrusions from the slider plate are formed, as seen in the axis direction of the transmission gear, to be convex to the opposite sides thereof from the slider plate.
