Abstract:
A bonded body is formed of a first member and a second member. The first member has a first base portion and a first welded portion which protrudes from the first base portion toward the second member side. The second member has a second base portion and a second welded portion which protrudes from the second base portion toward the first member side. In a first region of the joint portion, a first rib formed so as to project from the first base portion toward the second member side covers the first welded portion and the second welded portion from the side. In a second region different from the first region, a second rib formed so as to project from the second base portion toward the first member side covers the first welded portion and the second welded portion from the side.
Abstract:
A heat exchanger includes a core portion including a plurality of tubes, and header tanks located on opposite ends in the longitudinal direction of the plurality of tubes and communicate with the plurality of tubes. A first fluid flows through a first tank chamber and a first tube group of the plurality of tubes. A second fluid different in temperature range from the first fluid flows through a second tank chamber and a second tube group of the plurality of tubes connected to the second tank chamber. The heat exchanger includes a flow rate limiting portion. The flow rate limiting portion is configured to reduce a flow rate of the first fluid or the second fluid supplied to at least first one tube of the plurality of tubes from a boundary portion provided by the partition wall.
Abstract:
The spark plug has a configuration satisfying the relationships of B≧0.7A and 0.3 mm≦A≦0.6 mm, where B is an axial thickness along the central axis line Q of the weld portion formed between the base material electrode and the noble-metal chip, and A is an axial distance along the central axis line Q between the intersection points P3 and X. The intersection point P3 is a point at which a phantom axis line radially distant from the central axis line Q by D/2 (D being a diameter of the noble-metal chip) intersects with the boundary line between the weld portion and the noble-metal chip. The intersection point X is a point at which an extension of the contour line of the base material electrode in the vicinity of the weld portion intersects with a boundary line between the weld portion and the base material electrode.
Abstract:
A welding apparatus for resistance-welding a tubular member and a bar member includes: a positioning jig configured to make contact with the bar member from one side of the bar member in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the bar member; a first power supply jig configured to press the bar member from the other side of the bar member in the direction; a second power supply jig provided on an anti-bar member side of the tubular member and configured to apply pressure to contact surfaces of the bar member and the tubular member; and means for supplying, with the bar member pressed between the positioning jig and the first power supply jig and the second power supply jig applying pressure to the contact surfaces, electric current to the first power supply jig, the bar member, the contact surfaces, the tubular member and the second power supply jig.
Abstract:
An abnormality determination device for a secondary battery includes an internal-resistance calculation unit, a threshold memory unit, a capacity balance comparison unit, and an abnormality determination unit. The internal-resistance calculation unit detects an internal resistance in a negative-electrode reaction resistance dominant region in which a reaction resistance of a negative electrode is dominant in a charge and discharge reaction of the secondary battery. The threshold memory unit stores a capacity balance threshold used as a reference for determining abnormality in a balance between a capacity of a positive electrode and a capacity of the negative electrode in the secondary battery. The capacity balance comparison unit compares the internal resistance calculated by the internal-resistance calculation unit with the capacity balance threshold stored in the threshold memory unit. The abnormality determination unit determines abnormality in capacity balance in the secondary battery based on a comparison result from the capacity balance comparison unit.
