Abstract: A rotational angle measurement apparatus is applicable to a rotary electric machine that includes an outer rotor rotatable around a predetermined reference axis, and a stator disposed radially inside the outer rotor. The rotational angle measurement apparatus includes at least one measurement portion mounted to the outer rotor, and a measuring member located radially outside the stator to face the at least one measurement portion. The measuring member is configured to measure a position of the at least one measurement portion.
