摘要: Systems and methods for mitigating constraints associated with wireless power transmission in applications where the position and orientation of the desired magnetic field changes over time, for example, because the position and orientation of the receiver being powered changes over time or because different receivers having different positions and orientations are being powered at different times. In accordance with some embodiments, the system employs a plurality of wireless power transmitters in a defined space, each transmitter consisting of individual coils oriented orthogonally relative to each other. Using field interference amongst these individual coils as well as amongst the transmitters they form, one can actively control the wireless power field intensity and orientation at any given point in the defined space. This allows for methods to steer the power transmission towards a specific target at a specific angle.

摘要: A detachable speed determining device includes an optical detecting module, an energy generating module and an energy storage module. The optical detecting module is adapted to determine axial rotational displacement of a bike component by detecting a movement of a pattern on the bike component. The energy generating module is adapted to generate energy. The energy storage module is sealed inside a housing of the detachable speed determining device in a water-resistance manner and electrically connected with the optical detecting module and the energy generating module. The optical detecting module is powered by the energy storage module, and the energy storage module is charged by the energy generating module. The detachable speed determining device further includes a bolted joint and a quick releasing handle, the bolted joint passes through an axle of the bike component, and the quick releasing handle is foldably disposed on the bolted joint.

摘要: Wearable apparatuses and methods for using reinforced neurofeedback for sports training are disclosed. Embodiments of such wearable apparatuses are configured to be worn at or near a user's joint to monitor the joint position. An embodiment may comprise a processor, a computer-readable medium, a sensor, an IO component, a battery, a timer, a signaling component, and a flexible printed circuit. The computer-readable medium of this embodiment may be configured to store at least one optimal range of joint position and/or a sequence of timed optimal ranges of joint positions for a specific sport. In this embodiment, the sensor continuously detects the joint position, and once the processor determines that the joint position falls outside the optimal range of joint position, it activates the signaling component to send a feedback signal so that the user may immediately make correction. Another embodiment is a disposable, biodegradable epidermal patch with a middle layer of balsa wood sandwiched between two protective layers or a protective sheath.

An angle calculation unit is configured to carry out calculation so that 3n-th (n is a natural number) order harmonic components out of odd-order harmonic components of each of the sine signal and the cosine signal output by the first and second sensors cancel one another, to thereby calculate the rotation angle.

摘要: Embodiments relate to magnetic field angle sensors, including off-axis and on-axis sensors. In an embodiment, a magnetic field angle sensor comprises two sensor units, and each sensor unit comprises two sensor elements. The sensor units are spaced apart from one another and arranged proximate a magnet, wherein the two sensor elements of each sensor unit are responsive to the same magnetic field component induced by a magnet coupled to a shaft as the shaft rotates. In each sensor unit, a sum and a difference of the output signals of the two sensor elements can be calculated to determine a coarse estimation of a rotation angle, and a more refined estimation can be obtained by combining the coarse estimations of each sensor unit. In embodiment, the magnetic field angle sensor comprises a control unit or other circuitry to carry out this combining.
