Abstract: A cylinder-rotation-type compressor includes a discharge valve that is disposed in a cylinder and configured by a reed valve, a valve body portion that closes a discharge hole provided in the cylinder, and a support portion that couples the valve body portion with a fixing portion fixed to the cylinder. A shape of the valve body portion and a shape of the support portion are substantially symmetrical with respect to a line segment extending in a radial direction of a rotating axis. The valve body portion is disposed on a radially outer side of a connection portion of the fixing portion and the support portion.

Abstract: In a cylinder rotary compressor, a shaft-side suction passage for circulation of a refrigerant is formed within a shaft that rotatably supports a rotor. A rotor-side suction passage is provided within the rotor so as to guide the refrigerant flowing out of shaft-side outlets formed at the outer peripheral surface of the shaft to a compression chamber. Furthermore, a rotor-side concave portion is formed at an inner peripheral surface of the rotor. A space provided within the rotor-side concave portion forms a rotor-side communication space with an appropriate shape and a capacity enough to make the shaft-side outlets communicate with a rotor-side inlet of the rotor-side suction passage, regardless of the rotation of the rotor.

Abstract: A primary groove, into which a primary vane is slidably fitted, and a primary rotor-side suction passage, which conducts refrigerant of a shaft-side suction passage of a shaft to a primary compression chamber, are formed at a primary rotor. The primary groove is shaped into a form that extends from an inner peripheral side toward an outer peripheral side and extends toward a rear side with respect to a rotational direction, and the primary rotor-side suction passage is shaped into a form that extends from the inner peripheral side toward the outer peripheral side and extends and tilts toward a front side with respect to the rotational direction. A fluid outlet of the primary rotor-side suction passage opens at a location that is immediately after the primary groove on the rear side of the primary groove with respect to the rotational direction.

Abstract: A rotary compression mechanism includes: a shaft attached to a casing; a drive cylinder rotatably supported on the shaft; a rotor provided inside the drive cylinder; a transfer mechanism connecting the drive cylinder and the rotor in rotational motion at a constant speed; and a partition plate dividing a space defined between an inner periphery of the drive cylinder and an outer periphery of the rotor. The rotor has a second rotation center which is eccentric with respect to a first rotation center of the drive cylinder such that the outer periphery of the rotor is in contact with the inner periphery of the drive cylinder at a contact portion. The partition plate has a structure by which one end of the partition plate is let in and out in a vicinity of the inner periphery of the drive cylinder or in a vicinity of the outer periphery of the rotor.

Abstract: A rotary compression mechanism is provided with a rotor which can rotate about the axis of a shaft mounted to a casing, a cylinder which can rotate about a rotation center eccentric from the shaft, and a drive plate which is installed so as to be capable of swinging relative to one of the cylinder and the rotor and to be capable of sliding relative to the other of the cylinder and the rotor and which rotationally connects the cylinder and the rotor. Spaces which are separated from each other by both a partition point and the drive plate and which are located between the inner surface of the cylinder and the outer periphery of the rotor are operating chambers for performing compression or suction.
