The flexible display device includes a display panel; a functional structure disposed on the display panel; a window disposed on the functional structure; a first adhesive layer formed between the display panel and the functional structure; and a second adhesive layer formed between the functional structure and the window, wherein the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer have a tan δ of 0.8 to 1 at −20° C.
