Disclosed are a complex-patterned wire net, which is mainly used for fences, and a method for manufacturing the same. The complex-patterned wire net (A) includes first net holes (100) in an even number obtained in zigzag by repeatedly forming twisting parts (110, 120, 130) by stretching longitudinal wires from twisting parts (110, 120, 130), obtained by twisting two strands of wires, to the right and left and twisting the longitudinal wires with the neighboring longitudinal wires at an interval of extensions (140, 150, 160), such that upper and lower portions of the longitudinal wires divided by divisional transversal wires (170, 180) supplied during twisting are twisted in the opposite directions, and second net holes (200) in an even number obtained by repeatedly forming twisting parts (210) by repeatedly forming twisting parts (210) by stretching longitudinal wires from the lowermost twisting parts (130) of the first net holes (100) to the right and left and twisting the longitudinal wires with the neighboring longitudinal wires at an interval of extensions (160), such that portions of the longitudinal wires divided by each of plural compartmental transversal wires (220) are twisted in the opposite directions.

A wireless remote meter reading apparatus and driving method thereof are used to reduce the cost of detecting the amount of energy consumption and to enhance the detection efficiency, so as to facilitate the detection of the energy consumption amount of tap water, gas, electricity, calorie or the like. Each of a set of short-range wireless networks includes meter reading units. Regenerative repeating units and a data centralizing unit configure a cell unit. A base station controller collects meter-reading data from the short-range wireless networks configured by the cell unit via a base station. A meter reading server supplies a control signal to the meter reading units, the regenerative repeating units and the data centralizing unit using a long-range network, such as GSM, GPRS, CDMA, SMSC via a mobile switch or an internet network. The meter reading server is supplied with the meter reading data via the long-range network.

Disclosed herein are an AC/DC converter which is simple in circuit configuration, generates little ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI) and has no transformer so that it can be reduced in weight and size and improved in AC/DC conversion efficiency, and an AC/DC conversion method using the same. The AC/DC converter includes a rectification circuit for converting a commercial AC (85-264V) voltage into a ripple AC voltage, a first control circuit for comparing the converted ripple AC voltage with a reference voltage and outputting a first pulse control signal as a result of the comparison, a first switching circuit for switching and outputting the ripple AC voltage from the rectification circuit in response to the first pulse control signal outputted from the first control circuit, and a first charge storage circuit for smoothing the ripple AC voltage outputted from the first switching circuit to convert it into a primary DC voltage.
