摘要： A cooking apparatus, which is provided with a cover having an air ventilation structure that ventilates air into and out of a cooking space to maintain a desirable temperature of the cooking space. Accordingly, the cooking apparatus has at least one heating unit, a grill unit, such that food laid thereon is cooked by heat from the heating unit, and the cover, covering the food, defining a cooking space thereunder, and having the air ventilation structure to ventilate air into and out of the cooking space during cooking. Food and oil are prevented from being burned, so that carcinogenic substances and smoke are not generated, and convenience of use is increased.

摘要： A cooking apparatus includes a body, a pair of heating units, a grill unit, a heat reflecting unit, and a cooling fan. The heating units are arranged between the grill unit and the heat reflecting unit. The heat reflecting unit includes inner and outer reflecting plates that are inclined at certain angles to reflect heat radiated from the heating units toward the grill unit. The cooling fan is positioned in an inner space of the heat reflecting unit. The heat reflecting unit has front, rear, and side plates, which are provided with a plurality of through holes, so that air passes through the inner space of the heat reflecting unit.

摘要： A cooking apparatus having a body, one or more heating units, a grill unit, and a heat reflecting unit. The heating units are arranged between the grill unit and the heat reflecting unit. The heat reflecting unit has front and rear plates, side plates, and a pair of inner reflecting plates and a pair of outer reflecting plates. The inner reflecting plates are upwardly projected to be higher than the outer reflecting plates. The front plate includes an upper surface and inner and outer surfaces, and is provided in the upper surface thereof with a water inlet, and in the inner surface thereof with an overflow hole. The front plate has a water level window to ascertain a level of water. The front plate is positioned outside the body so that oil and sauce are prevented from entering the inner space of the heat reflecting unit through the water inlet.

摘要： A cooking apparatus which allows an interior of a cabinet thereof to be easily cleaned. The cooking apparatus includes a cabinet. The cabinet has an opening in a top surface defining a heating space. A heating unit to heat food is installed in the heating space and heat is transmitted from the heating unit to the food. A grill unit is seated on the top surface of the cabinet to support the food over the opening. A contamination preventing unit is installed in the heating space to prevent an inside surface of the cabinet from being contaminated with material dropping from the food. The cooking apparatus of the present invention guides splashed material back to a tray when the material collides with the tray splashes. The contamination preventing unit may be removed from the heating space, enabling a user to easily clean the contamination preventing unit.

The grill unit includes a plurality of grill pipes that are filled with water, arranged to be regularly spaced apart from each other and configured to form the effective grill portion. The heating unit includes a pair of heating units arranged on both sides of the body toward the opening of the body. The heating unit is arranged to be inclined at an angle ranging from 30° to 90° (preferably, about 70°) with respect to the effective grill portion of the grill unit. The heating unit is a ceramic heater.

摘要： A cooking apparatus capable of uniformly heating and cooking food laid on a grill unit using thermal energy radiated from a heating unit, includes a cabinet opened at a top surface thereof to provide an opening over which the food to be cooked is laid. A grill unit is seated in the opening of the cabinet so as to support the food over the opening. A heating unit is installed in the cabinet at a position offset from an effective grill part of the grill unit so that a front surface of the heating unit faces the grill unit to transmit thermal energy to the grill unit supporting the food laid thereon. The cooking apparatus also includes a heat blocking member to block a part of the thermal energy transmitted to an edge of the grill unit, thus allowing the thermal energy to be uniformly transmitted to the food laid on the grill unit. Thus, the cooking apparatus of the present invention allows food laid close to the edge and food laid on a central portion of the grill unit to be uniformly heated and cooked.

Accordingly, an efficiency of production of the cooking apparatus may be improved, and the cooking apparatus may have a simple internal construction.
