    摘要： An isothermal cooking plate assembly is formed from a first plate of high thermal conductivity material having a back surface and an oppositely disposed top cooking surface. One or more heater circuit assemblies are disposed on the first plate back surface for forming a composite having a back surface. A controller is in electrical connection with the heater circuit assemblies for controlling temperature of the first plate of high thermal conductivity material. The first plate can be Aluminum Type 1100 or Aluminum Type 6061. The first plate can be a laminate formed from a clad bottom metal layer and clad top cooking surface metal layer, where the clad layers formed from the same material and having about the same thickness. The clad material can be austenitic stainless steel. A second plate of low thermal conductivity material can be attached to the composite back surface of first plate.

    摘要： A grill device includes a first grill seat and a second grill seat movably connected to the first grill seat such that the second grill seat is movable between a closed position, where the second grill seat overlaps with the first grill seat in an up-and-down direction to define a grill space therebetween for accommodating a food to be grilled, and an opened position. The second grill seat has a fume collecting chamber which is disposed opposite to and in spatial communication with the grill space in the up-and-down direction when the second grill seat is in the closed position so that fumes generated during grilling are dissipated successfully and are spontaneously ventilated and exhausted without the need to provide a power activated impeller, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and saving energy.

The electric griddle 100 mainly includes an iron plate section 110 having a high thermal conductivity, a glass section 120 having a low thermal conductivity, a heating material 130 as a heat source, a heat insulating mechanism 140, and an outer frame 150. On the glass section 120, it is possible to place dishes and bowls on which food ingredients and the like can be placed in the glass part 120, and to place food ingredients there directly. Thus, it is possible to prevent food ingredients and the like from being placed only in the hands of a specific person, to realize a situation which many people can easily cook, and to produce a place for all-participating-type cooking.

    摘要： A cooking plate having a cooking surface, in one embodiment, two folding legs and a drip tray. The legs include a recess and the tray includes a sloped land. When the legs are folded into a storage position, the tray is prevented from sliding by the interlock between the land and recess. In a second embodiment, the legs including a tilting/lifting member which is pivotally moveable from a planar position on the leg member surface to a lifting position with a portion of the lifting member being longer than the height of the folding legs. The lifting member portion rests against the folding leg in an over-center splayed angle abutting the folding let to create a stable lifting leg.
