    摘要: A media content monitoring system uses a rack adapted to receive multiple carrier boards to improve the system's ability to be configured to specific applications. Each carrier board contains tuner modules for receiving AM/FM broadcasts, satellite radio broadcasts, TV audio broadcasts, HD, IBOC, DAB and DRM digital radio broadcasts, etc. The tuner modules produce a USB output that is combined by a USB hub on the carrier boards into a single USB output. The carrier board outputs are in turn combined by a rack based USB hub into single USB output that is provided to a host computer. The host computer includes content identification software that automatically identifies selected media content received by the tuner modules and stores the selected content in a database. The host computer can send control codes to the tuner modules to alter their reception parameters.

    摘要: Circuit board testing apparatus includes combination comprising structure including two generally parallel plates defining a space therebetween to which vacuum is applicable, there being circuit test probes projecting toward said space, and associated with one or the other of the plates, the remaining plate adapted to receive a circuit board for circuit testing; pre-loaded, resiliently deflectible devices including captivated springs carried by one or the other of the plates, so that such devices project into said space; and seal means on the remaining plate to be engaged by the circuit board for positive pressure sealing in response to vacuum application to said spaced. As a result, the vacuum in said space effects such sealing as one of the other of the plates is relatively movable forwardly toward the other in response to such vacuum application, thereby to further resiliently load the preloaded devices and to cause the probes to engage circuit board circuitry only after such sealing has been effected.

    摘要: A wiring test system in which test probes are to be oriented to engage contact points on a production circuit board, a wiring integrity verification plate comprising, in combination: a thin insulative base plate, multiple contact pads and leads attached to the plate; each of the leads extending between and interconnecting two of the contact pads, whereby multiple circuit sections are formed on the board, each circuit section including two pads interconnected by a lead; the two pads of each circuit section respectively located to be contacted by the probes of the wiring test system for providing an electrical continuity test via that circuit section, when those two probes are correctly located relative to contact points on production circuit board for testing the production circuit board.
